Originally from New York and of Cuban & Puerto Rican descent Frank Graduated from Ramapo College with a bachelor’s in Bussiness Management. Unable to resist his urge to perform Frank also graduated from the William Esper Studio, NYC for acting. He went on to continue studying with acting coaches like Anthony Abeson NYC and John Rosenfeld, LA.

Whether it’s on stage On hit TV shows like CBS’s Blue Bloods or in Feature films like “Carrie Pilby” Frank brings his uniqueness to all of his roles.

Off the stage, Frank can be found working out, writing, meditating, hiking, reading, or dancing & singing in his car while he is stuck in traffic (always on a mission to improve his singing skills).
